Plaza Park Bank offers a variety of options for your home loan needs in Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Cloud, and Waite Park.

Conventional Mortgage: a mortgage loan not insured by any government program, conventional loans are the most common type of mortgage. They differ from FHA loans and VA loans which are insured by the government.

FHA Loan: issued by federally qualified lenders and insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). FHA loans are designed for low to moderate income borrowers who are unable to make a large down payment.

VA Loan: a mortgage that is guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

New Construction Loan: a short-term loan to finance the building phase of a real-estate project.

In-House: options available when a client needs flexibility in terms and meets qualifications, PPB handles loans in-house rather than through the typical mortgage programs.
